  3. Attorney General Josh Hawley says no to federal overreach. On Tuesday, Attorney General Hawley announced he has filed a lawsuit against Obama Administration rules that drastically expand federal power over Missouri farm and ranch land. The rules in question expand the definition of “critical habitat” for endangered and threatened species. Missouri joins 19 other states in the suit.
